Welcome to GLT Aesthetics. I’m Gemma, a registered nurse with over a decade of experience in healthcare, and the founder of GLT Aesthetics. I am deeply passionate about delivering safe, effective aesthetic treatments that enhance my clients’ natural beauty while prioritising their overall well-being​

For the last 10+ years, I have worked as a registered nurse and am currently an Advanced Nurse Practitioner in Urgent Care. I’ve also been an Independent Nurse Prescriber for over 8 years. My experiences in urgent care exposed me to numerous patients who had experienced complications from aesthetic treatments and were hesitant to return to their practitioners. This sparked my desire to pursue further training in aesthetics to better understand and manage complications and, ultimately, provide clients with a safer, more confident aesthetic experience.

I trained at Cosmetic Courses and Interface Aesthetics, where I gained extensive knowledge and skills in aesthetics and skincare. During this process, I developed a genuine passion for the field and committed myself to becoming a skilled practitioner. I have carefully built my expertise over time, always prioritising patient safety and ensuring my competence in every treatment I offer.

Alongside running my own clinic, I work part-time in a multi-award-winning aesthetic clinic, where I continue to learn from some of the best in the industry.
